Key Accountabilities:

1. Administer to the needs of staff, students, parents, callers and visitors to the school.

2. Assist the Principal in assuming the responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of students, staff and visitors.

3. Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the school.

4. Handle all of the school’s accounts & finance matters.

5. Assist in overseeing all functions and events organized by the school.

Teacher

Key Accountabilities:

1. Class Teacher responsibilities.

1. To plan, teach and record observation and lessons of each class.

2. To prepare art and craft materials, make and compile teaching materials for class as well as homework for the children.

3. To ensure children’s wellbeing, safety and cleanliness at all times.

4. To ensure the classroom, and other rooms used for lessons is clean, neat and tidy.

2. Other responsibilities.

1. To give full support and attendance to all special functions such as Open Day, Parents-Teachers Day, Sports Day, Concert, etc.

2. Super Fun Time – to plan, prepare and run Super Fun Time forthnightly.

3. Perform duties specified in the shared monthly duties.

4. Help to maintain the cleanliness of the school in general.

5. Compulsory attendance for Eduweek training and In-House training.
