Year End Closing Activities 2022/2023

Dear Parents,

As the school year 2022/2023 draws to a close, I would like to take this
opportunity to say a big “Thank You” to all parents for partnering with us over the last 14 months. The children have adjusted well back to the “new-normal” post-pandemic and it was so much more enjoyable and special because of all your support. Below are some key activities and events that we have planned to as we close the year.

1) Appointment for Year End Parent-Teacher Meeting (Physical)
Parent-Teacher Meeting is scheduled from 13 February to 16 February
(after school hours). The Little Lives report will be published and made
available for your viewing on 13 February.

We highly encourage parents to meet up with our teachers to discuss
about your child’s academic and social development for the 2nd half
of the school year. Class teachers will reach out to you to arrange the
meeting time with you.

2) Year End Party Day
Date : 17 February 2023 (Friday)
Time : 8:30am – 11:30am (early dismissal)
Theme : “My Favourite Cartoon Character”
Please dress your child in their Favourite Cartoon Character. We will
award two children from every class with the “Best Dressed Award”.
Points will be given based on originality (eg handmade, used of environmentally friendly resources), creativity and design. We hope
this enables you to bond and work with your child to creatively design
a costume which your child can wear to the party. Kindly prepare some finger food or snacks for sharing with their classmates.

Also, please take note and make the necessary arrangement for your
child to be picked up based on the earlier dismissal time.

3) Year End 2022/2023 School Break
The year-end school break will commence from 18 February 2023 to 19
March 2023.

4) New school term for 2023/2024 (for returning children)
The new school term for 2023/2024 will commence on 20 March 2023.
